Driving mistake

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some honest reassurance or opinions. Last Friday night at around 1:20am I was driving on a one-way street and came to a signal-controlled junction where I was turning right onto a large dual carriageway with a central reservation just sort of set back. I got momentarily confused by the layout in the dark and turned too tightly, ending up on the wrong side of the carriageway for only a few metres. I realised almost immediately, stopped and reversed back. A car was approaching from the lights and I thought/think they flashed me (although I’m not 100% sure), so I crossed over onto the correct side of the carriageway and carried on. No one had to brake hard or swerve, there was no collision, and I didn’t continue driving the wrong way. I also noticed afterwards on Google maps that a “keep left” bollard that used to be on the traffic island appears to have been removed, which may have made the junction less obvious. I’m now worried that if someone had a dashcam and reported it, could this realistically be treated as dangerous driving or driving without due care , or is it more likely to be seen as a brief driving error that I corrected? If so how many point would it roughly be. I have a licence of 4 years and 8 months and no convictions. I did post at the weekend, but this just flares up my anxiety, it was just an honest mistake.

Anxiety symptom

About 12 days ago I suffered an injury at work. I had surgery on my hand 9 days ago with healing period of 10-14 days which isn’t that bad at all. Mid last week I had a bad panic attack that lasted hours through the night. Since the injury I have had poor sleep due to the heat in Uk and just with my anxiety in general. Last week I had a night where I just kept trying to yawn like air hunger and the more I focused on it the worse it got. Then it went, but yesterday it came back and I couldn’t take my mind off it, I slept okay last night but today I just keep yawning and it’s annoying me. My arm has been tense for like I week so not sure if that is causing my chest to be tense as well. Will this pass? as it’s starting to annoy me as I keep needing to yawn and when it gets worse I can’t yawn.

Driving mistake

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some honest reassurance or opinions. Last night at around 1:20am I was driving on a one-way street and came to a signal-controlled junction where I was turning right ( far right lane) onto a large dual carriageway with a central reservation. I got momentarily confused by the layout in the dark and turned too tightly, ending up on the wrong carriageway for only a few metres. I realised almost immediately, stopped and reversed back. A car was approaching from the lights and I thought they flashed me (although I’m not 100% sure), so I crossed over into the correct side of the carriageway (30mph carriageway) and carried on. No one had to brake hard or swerve, there was no collision, and I didn’t continue driving the wrong way. I also noticed afterwards that a “keep left” bollard that used to be on central reservation of the carriageway appears to have been removed as I saw off Google street view, which may have made the junction less obvious.

I’m now worried that if someone had a dashcam behind me at the lights or the person coming the other way and reported it, could this realistically be treated as driving without due care and attention or dangerous driving, or is it more likely to be seen as a brief driving error that I corrected? I have a licence if 4 and half years and never had points or anything. Just worried if worst case caught what I’d get
