Pain in left rhomboid

When I do Chest press or shoulder press my left rhomboid starts giving me pain

Tried every exercise, warm up

But nothing working

In the end

Now I do Chest cable flys instead of bench press

Or use dumble for chest

And avoid any heavy lifting when training shoulders

Want to increase protein in my vegetarian diet

Hey guys I'm a pure vegetarian (no eggs) and

I'm 18yo

6ft

79kg

I want at least 130 gm protein a day

My current diet

Gym in morning then

I make poha with

50gm Poha 40gm boiled chana 25 gm peanut

And few vegetables

With Banana Shake

1 banana, 4 dates, 2 almond soaked, 35 gm soy Protein (30 gm protein from as it is) ,300ml milk 5 types of seeds ( pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax seeds little roasted and basil seeds soaked in water )

I got approx 60gm protein in morning

In lunch Nothing much just 6-7roti with sabji

18gm protein

In dinner 5 roti with sabji and 50 gm soya chunks boiled then fried

40 gm protein

So my total protein intake is approx 110-120gm

I want to modify my diet

And also planning to eat moong in lunch

Any recommendations please

I really need it

Is my soy intake too much

Tell me anything I can improve
