Any hvac companies out there which can install ductless split AC incondo and not break the bank...

I was able to secure an H-1B visa stamping appointment in Vancouver for September, 2026. Since I will be applying as a Third Country National (TCN), I’m trying to understand whether I can still attend and complete the stamping process there given the visa stamping rule change in late 2025.

My appointment was booked before the new ruling/guidance was announced. Has anyone been in a similar situation or received any updates from the consulate regarding whether previously scheduled appointments will still be honored?
