What’s happening at Metrotown right now?

Never seen so many cops, ambulance and firefighters congregated in one place, anyone know what happened? Seems like they’re all heading towards parking lot outside Walmart

lost keys (metro station/central park area)

I lost my keys today during my run at Central Park. If anyone happens to stumble across a black fob with one key attached, please let me know! I most likely dropped it between A&W to Metrotown station area. I’ve circled the area a few times now to no success.
Thanks in advance!
