I ride a motorcycle to work in the summer out of preference and it is a cheaper since it’s about 120 mile round trip, I’ve been doing this for a little over 4 years. Recently my boss told me they don’t want me doing this since I’m on the clock and they don’t want to be liable for a crash. I hit a moose this winter in my car and handled it through my insurance and still came to work while it was in the shop. Can they stop me from using a vehicle I own to commute that’s road legal and insured? Location: Alaska
