Preferred way to track workouts, tracker or app?
So I am using the Public Preview and so far I'm liking it. I have a workout plan that I've been using a few weeks and was curious on the "best" way to track things. I currently wear a Pixel Watch 2 to track all the usual info.
If I'm doing weightlifting I will start a weightlifting workout on the watch and start the workout on the app (same with if I'm on the treadmill. Start on watch and track in app). There used to be an option to link these but I don't think I've seen them in the base two weeks or so and I could only link one thing to a workout (either had to link treadmill or weightlifting if I did both).
Sometimes I'll see minor differences like the cardio load is off by <5 and other times I'll see it off by >20.
Am I doing too much should just pick one and stick to it? I'm getting an Air as well so I'll probably continue comparing some once it arrives. I know accuracy can sometimes be hit or miss based on the algorithms so should I just pick one and stick with it?
