EAD OPT counting unemployment days
Hey All, since there are such big delays in OPT processing and EAD delivery, and we are not allowed to begin work UNTIL EAD is DELIVERED (aka in hand), that said when do the unemployment days start counting from? Logically, should be from the delivery date, but uscis does not use logic, and the start date on the EAD itself will be earlier.
what is your experience, thoughts?
