Leadership Has Gotten Out of Touch
Not talking about any individual in particular but I feel leadership of this company has gotten so out of touch of what we are as a company. Does anybody even care to watch leadership videos visiting job sites of successful projects that they did not contribute at all to? They just swoop in take the credit and glory off the backs of the hardworking engineers. Why not actually send the people who actually worked hard and contributed to the project? Or these videos of leaders chatting it up over a cup of coffee and comfortable sofas reading off an obvious script not doing actual work while the engineers are the ones who are working evenings and weekends to meet deadlines. Leaders of this company trying to turn this company so corporate like Google or Apple when we’re not even that big. Do they actually think the employees care about or encouraged by these videos?
