Hey, my brother got admission in JKU Linz, he wants an acccomodation from October 2026 in Linz. Any help/advice/resources would be really helpful.

Have applied to various dormitories but did not recieve any offer yet. Although got one offer from August 2026 but his semester does not start till October and subletting will also wont be possible as the Admin has confirmed so they don't want to waste 1000 euros before moving in.
