The second half stat that shows why this team is so hard to play against

While everyone is arguing about refs or individual moments, the second half stats show exactly why Arsenal is top of the league with a game to spare. Arsenal have conceded just 0.43 goals per game on average in the second half of matches this season. The way the team completely shut teams down after halftime is marvellous. Once tactical adjustments are made at the break, opponents can barely create a decent chance, let alone score. Locking down games in the final forty five minutes like that takes serious structural discipline and fitness that almost no one else in Europe can match right now. It is definitely not luck when a defense suffocates teams week in and week out. Now Gooners, let’s go fucking mental, let’s go fucking mental nah nah nah, nah nah nah.
