Trying to determine the amount that should be reported next year for the annuity supplement earnings test for self employed. I’m self employed receiving a 1099-NEC. OPM website says to report NET self employment earnings - so thinking that means 1099-NEC amount minus business expenses and home office deductions. Anyone have experience or similar situation? Tried calling OPM more than once and get a different answer each time.
