In August 2010, nearly every major kids and animation trade outlet reported that Toei had sold Pretty Cure to Cartoon Network Asia to air on their Australia/New Zealand channel later that year. Did this ever actually happen? You'll find plenty of people online reminiscing about the show's run on YTV in Canada or Pop Girl in the UK - alongside promotional material from the channels themselves. I can't find anything that suggests Pretty Cure actually wound up on CN ANZ. I can't tell if that's because those are smaller markets and the show wasn't very popular or if it never actually made it to the screen. Unfortunately, CN's website of the time was heavy on Flash, so Archive.org has very little of it documented.

South Africa is kind of the inverse. I've come across multiple comments on YouTube and elsewhere suggesting the series ran on local broadcasters SABC and/or K-TV. I haven't been able to substantiate those claims with anything from a reputable source. Toei liked to promote their broadcast sales in that market, too. The fact that there are different channels mentioned makes me skeptical.
