Anterior pelvic tilt and lower back pain

Hi,

I'm currently stuck in the circumstances where I can't exactly get to physical therapy to address the issues.

I have an anterior pelvic tilt and I think it puts a lot of strain to my lower back. I work physical work and no matter how correctly I lift, seems like something isn't working as it should. I also have my feet looking outward when I stand (duck feet?)

Question being - maybe someone has a routine that you followed on daily basis that helped you fix similar issues and reduce/eliminate pain? Im not looking for an overnight fix, but something that is sustainable and works over time.

I've seen so many instagram reels with so many different exercises and I don't even know which to pick as supposedly - they are all magic.

Would very much appreciate if you could give me a list of exercises or somekind of youtube routine that you've tried and would recommend.

Thanks!
