Been on Dut and Oral+topical min for like 2 years. Got way thicker after a year and then in this second year has substantially thinned back out (sucks, why didn’t the thicker hair last longer? Wondering if an initial spurt of effectiveness followed by rapid regression is common)

Anyways, thinning throughout and at hairline for sure, but this bald spot bothers me the most. Always thinking about it walking around or at work. Would it be viable to get a HT? Would it even be worth it given I’m already on the meds and know they aren’t stopping my hair loss?

Don’t wanna wear hats or use hair fibers. Let me know your thoughts gang
