I've been hearing complaints about enemy bullet patterns, some saying they're unbalanced, some saying enemies are doing too much damage, others also saying skill issues. What are your honest opinions on enemy bullet patterns?

I know some people will make the argument that she was never a bully that she was always like how she was 2-5, but chapters 1 to 2 take place only a single day a part and she ends up feeling like a completely different character, especially considering she was an outcast for a long time. I understand she was going through character development during chapter 1 warming up to Kris, Ralsei and Lancer but wouldn't it make much more sense if she maintained more of her chapter 1 personality during chapter 2 with the Ferris wheel scene, Noelle and Toriel helping her come out of her shell more?
