I will have 3 Crore Rupees in my account in a month. I want to invest this amount for the sole purpose of passive income for the next 3-5 Years. Long Term gains is not the objective as i already have investments in place which will give me return in the long term.

What are the best investment options for the following objectives:

• Maximum Passive Income that is paid out monthly but also suggest if good annual payout option available.
• Capital appreciation isnt the main objective for this investment but i do want to protect my money from inflation as much as possible without hindering the monthly payouts.
• Term: 3-5 Years

Ive been looking at Money Market Funds which seem like a great option. are there investments with higher returns than those? My relatives have invested in Agency 21 which is giving them 1.16% monthly return with 20% capital appreciation every 3 Years, but i have heard its very hard to get your investment out of Agency 21. Pls help
