The US government, unsatisfied with hosting the World Cup and Olympics, has decided to create a new, uniquely American event. All major cities will choose 100 residents at random who will be transported to a newly-built colosseum in Washington D.C for an epic battle to the death. The match will continue unhindered until only residents from 1 city are left standing.
The participants are not bloodlusted, but are motivated to win and will put up a fight to the best of their abilities. Because they are selected randomly, each fighter may or may not have combat training or be physically fit.
What city will be crowned the best fighters in America?
R1: No weapons - participants must fight with only their bare hands. The fighters are magically teleported to the colosseum in DC with no prep time.
R2: Fighters may use any weapons that they already own, but no more will be provided. Weapons can be shared with other fighters if they know how to use them. Each team will meet at McDonald’s with one hour of prep time before being transported to the DC colosseum.
R3: Each team will have access to a fully-stocked arsenal loaded with any weapons that are legal to own in their home state. They may use any weapons they like, provided they know how to use them. Each team has one day of prep time.
