This is a repost from earlier this year. I apologize to anyone who reached out who I didn’t get back to. Life has been very crazy lately, but I will respond as soon as possible if you are interested and have questions about the situation.
I just renewed a lease for an apartment down the street from the campus. Only to then decide to move elsewhere. Since I have already renewed the lease, I cannot simply terminate it. I need to find someone to take the lease over. It’s called Liv+ it’s literally walking distance from the campus. It’s a 4 bedroom that is shared with three other roommates. You have your own room, bathroom, and shower (great water pressure). There is also a spacious living room and kitchen and in unit laundry machines. The rent is between 650-700 a month and the lease would begin in August just before next semester starts. Please let me know if you are interested, as I need to get out of this lease in order to accommodate my new living situation. Also it is a female apartment.
