Season 2 blows season 1 out of the water

Season 2 is SO much better than season 1.

  • The characters are more nuanced and fleshed out (beyond just what was done for Askeladd in season 1).
  • Each fight sequence is more fun because there are so few and they really feel meaningful.
  • Thorfinn grows so much as opposed to being such a linear character in Season 1. He was unbearably annoying in season 1.
  • The 'moral' and actual plot aspect of the show was so much more focused on, rather than just the aura fight scenes. The pacing was good (except for being slow when characters were dying, almost trying to force the emotion on us), and there were basically 0 filler episodes.

yall agree? I'm so glad I stuck around for season 2 after feeling like the ending of season 1 felt flat.

Basically the title. Im a new to SBL, but i was unsure if theres an issue with doing more volume for certain muscle groups that you feel you can recover from better? Do certain muscle groups respond better to higher volumes (i.e. Quads)?
