I need help with the Jailbreak crisis
It says when a character holding a prisoner ends its activation, if it is not within 5 of the battlefield edge and not within 1 of a cell, it drops the prisoner.
Do you have to satisfy both conditions in order to not drop the prisoner? Example, if I pick up the prisoner on my side at the right, and then run into the middle of the board, do I drop the prisoner?
