Government is sending out prepaid postcards for people to have their say.

The write up on the Jane's Walk site said they would let ticket holders know where to be but it's barely two hours away and I've seen nothing.

Is this the first year they've added the ticketing or can someone give me some idea of when to expect directions?

I've started numerous pots but only one plant successfully growing. It has reached about 6 inches tall now and it's attempting to form a flower.

My question is, should I discourage that as to nudge the plant toward further growth first?

edit: For extra info, it will be about 3 weeks until it will be safe to repot outdoors in my zone.
