As the title says, in a save, how do you decide if or when you leave the club you started with for another one?

I've finished my 3rd season at Frankfurt. Finished 2nd, 1st, and 2nd (on goal difference) in my 3 seasons. Haven't won the DFB Pokal and best Champions League campaign was making the quarter finals.

I feel like I have unfinished business as I haven't properly dethroned Bayern or won either cup competition, but I don't love the setup in Germany where Eintract Frankfurt II aren't in a viewable league so I can't use them as an option to stockpile and develop young players, which is one of the more enjoyable parts of FM for me.
