Recovery has been a little rollercoaster and it's been frustrating

Hi so it's 5/17 and I got my procedure done on 3/5, so it's been a little over 10 weeks now. Things were a little up and down the first month but were decent, my second month was pretty lowkey tbh and my third month has been rough after i did some really intense exercise like 2 weeks ago. First my left testy hurt a bit and ached and then it SLOWLY moved over to the right side, now my right epididymis is a little swollen and i get this weird sensation in my thigh. and my scrote is a little swollen but it could be worse.

it's uncomfortable, i guess it's not the worst but i'm a really active person, i love to dance and run and miss those things and i've been driving myself crazy a little wondering if i'll be okay in the end. I'm afraid of the chronic pain, I knew it was a risk going in but I was feeling pretty good those first two months. And i've been feeling jealous of everyone who recovers in like 2 weeks lol. I did get checked out at my clinic last week too and they were not very concerned about me as I don't really have any infection symptoms.

Honestly I first masturbated on my 9th day post-op and did a few times that day... and also a few times a day for a few days after so maybe I overdid it. That was dumb yes I know and I feel stupid BUT I don't have any ejaculatory or sex pain/discomfort and never have this whole time (still don't) so I feel like that's a good sign too. Any reassurance is helpful, I know it's probably temporary but it has been throwing me for a loop and has felt really discouraging.

Yesterday was my 8 week mark since my procedure and I’ve been feeling super good like 99.5% better. I was feeling great yesterday so I decided to go pick up all the trash littered around my street in my town. I literally filled an entire contractor bag and since I’m insane I carried it around everywhere and carried it back home with me (didn’t take my car or anything). I did this for probably 1.5 to 2 hours.

Sounds ridiculous but I was in the groove but anyway, today my cut vas on the left side has been a little painful to the touch. And now if I put pressure on something with my leg or foot I feel like a sensation in my groin around that area, it isn’t like a pain necessarily but it feels like an ache or pressure that wasn’t there before. I hope I didn’t mess anything up, idk if I should go get checked out. I can walk just fine and i’m not really in active pain, any reassurance is helpful
