Help with firming up custard
My boss gave me this recipe to follow for a little event we have coming up in town and I’ve made 2 test batches now but I can’t get the darn custard later on top to firm up enough to not have it melting. The second time I made it I added an extra egg yolk like I saw suggested online. Maybe ya’ll can help me. The brownie part looks fine (I haven’t tasted it yet) just want to nail down this custard 😔
