Need help.

I’ve been posting on TikTok for about 3 years and I still haven’t reached 1,000 followers. What’s frustrating is that some of my videos actually do pretty well and occasionally go viral, but I’m not getting followers from them.

My content is mainly talking head videos where I:

• Give controversial/unpopular opinions
• Talk about things I’m thinking or things I feel people are afraid to say
• Tell storytimes
• Make relatable POVs
• Talk about dating, friendships, culture, random experiences, etc.

I feel like I’m able to get people to watch and engage with certain videos, but I’m struggling to turn those views into an actual audience.

For anyone who has grown on TikTok, what do you think I could be doing differently?

Should I focus on a specific niche? Create recurring series? Change the way I structure my videos? Post more consistently? Improve my hooks?

I’m not looking for “just keep posting” advice because I’ve been doing that for years 😂. I’m trying to figure out how to actually convert viewers into followers and build an audience that cares about me specifically.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Central Casting I-9 aide

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get into background acting and I’m currently signing up with Central Casting. I’m over 21, and during the signup process I saw that they’re asking for an I-9 aide.

I’m a little confused about what exactly an I-9 aide is and why I need one. Is this something that’s normally required when signing up for background acting, or is it specific to Central Casting?

Is it necessary to have an I-9 aide before I can start getting background work?

Also, for anyone who has worked with Central Casting, is it a good company to sign up with? What has your experience been like getting background work through them?

Just trying to make sure I understand everything before I complete the signup. Thanks!
