Router issues(?)
hi! I'll say right away that I don't know a lot about computers and how network works and I found most of the research from similar posts. I've been having a problem with massive lag spikes (mostly on Roblox) for some time now. I thought it was a problem with my computer settings but I've tried almost everything and nothing worked. I tried using the internet via mobile data from my phone and... everything works normally. I no longer have unstable ping while using mobile data from my phone but I would prefer to use my home internet. I wanted to change the router settings by going to the router panel page but.. I can't access it at all! I've checked the default gateway by ipconfig a thousand times and I'm using the right address. I've tried using http instead of https. I don't have an Ethernet cable but I checked the router manual and it should be able to connect wirelessly without any issues. I checked other addresses like 192.168.1.1 or 0.1 (it shows that I have 192.168.18.1) and nothing works. I added a screenshot from the page at the top. Can someone help me? I think I should reset the router but I don't know how.
If anyone could help I would be grateful if you could explain it to me step by step like to a cavemen because it all seems like black magic to me thanks.
