Awhile back I worked at a local burger joint, ended up not liking the environment (allot of internal drug abuse) so I ended up leaving, and I then collected unemployment, which I had to fight for cuz they were lieing .few months ago I got the w2 and noticed they claimed I got all this money in tips, now I definitely made a dollar here a dollar there BUT nothing close to what they clamied I did, do I have any legal recourse? I also have all my pay studs with credit card tips , but the issue is what I belive they said I earned in cash tips for the 3 months I worked there, the math doesn’t add up
