Hello, does anyone have tips for peds extraction for non- mobile, gross caries teeth? For instance, #A with minimal clinical crown left due to gross caries . Gingival overgrowth was observed too. If this were a permanent tooth it would have been a surgical ext because there was essentially no where for the forcep to grab on. I tried to use periosteal elevator and straight elevator too.

Also, can we use luxator for peds extraction?
