iPhone 4S. What is the best iOS for it? and other question.
I have an iPhone 4S and im tired of the 9.3.6 glitching out. So i want to downgrade it to the version recommended by you guys. Also i have apps in the phone and if i wanna downgrade, do i need to uninstall them?
