We lost the instructions and aren’t sure on where this is supposed to be hung. I’ve tried looking thru completed tasks on Quorso and searched the barn but haven’t been able to find anything. Does anyone remember where this goes or where i can go to find the instructions?
Is it just my store or is this a company wide issue? We NEVER meet our Finish Line goal and then get continuously bitched at by SM about how we need to pick up the pace and if we don’t then they’ll find someone to replace us. I’ve been here for 3 years. I follow the process and stay in my section. I consider myself relatively fast when it comes to freight. But it’s like no matter how quick I am about putting product out, we don’t even come close to finishing on time and either have leftover freight at the end of the shift or at the very least don’t even get to touch feed. I can’t remember the last time we got all freight and feed put out in the same day.
A couple coworkers are newer so they’re going to be slower, but from what I can tell everyone is moving at a decent pace overall and it just feels like there’s no winning. I’m so sick of being talked to like I don’t know how to do my job and am beyond burnt out.
