I have some money saved up but not able to buy a house yet. Should i buy a foreclosure house or from a owner which is the best bang for the buck and makes better sense and better in the long run ?

Im 26 y ears old finishing my associates in business administrstion and im undescided on what i want to do after i currently work at a warehouse right now but plan on being a hr for example a hr assistant , recruiter coordinator , payroll clerk etc... or just simply working at a bank starting as a bank teller and working my way up ? Any sughestions ?

I currently im 26 , 5'10 and weigh 300 pounds . I have a job where im standing 12 hours a day and its affecting my knees from when i went to the gym and was being stupid running on a treadmill its like a dull pain in my knees when i stand on them at work any tips on how to cut 29 pounds whether its eating 2 meals a day , cutting out sugar , fast food etc?

Im almost done getting my associates in business administration and im unable to firgure out which ome of these finance and banking careers i want to get into any advise of which careers are best im not horrible or great at math im decent though.
