usrn or med?

Hello! Please send some advice! Although I have consulted with chatgpt for about a month now, I'd also like to ask you guys for some thoughts!

I recently passed the PNLE, and I am bound to take the NCLEX this year, as I already have my ATT. I am also a US citizen already so the USRN route definitely is the practical path for me to take. However, since elementary, I would always say, I would pursue being a doctor. Not for the salary, nor the glory of it, but just because I want to become one. Although my mom has offered to support me thru med, I feel immense guilt being a burden at my age of 26.

Soooo I'm really torn between: Staying for Med or Work abroad. To med students, doctors or USRNs here in medicine, what are your thoughts on this? It would be reallyyy helpful. Thank you!
