Finally finished but...

I finally finished my Magnamon but I have some parts that are not used in the instructions what are these and for what? Also I have to say the figure really is great but while building some parts broke easily and he's not the most stable guy is this normal for Digimon model kits?

Why is the new Jurrassic World TS03 so much more expensive

You can get the full 02 set for 40€ easily but 03 is like 85 for the entire box which is kind of crazy to me. Also I thought it's not even out yet.
