I have subletted my room from the earliest moving day to July. Since I am not physically there, I haven't seen the room at all.

UBC online service center website stated that please submit this report within 7 days of your arrival. Should I ask my subtenant to check everything and fill it out for me? She only provided updates on my room’s condition. Or should I ignore it until mid July?
