ive played atleast 50 killer games in the last 2 days and i know the mmr got reset but im soooo tired of playing against new players i have a 30+ 4k streak atleast is this for anyone else

I am looking for a cheaper laptop under 400 dollars maybe a little more. I don't plan on doing anything demanding on it at most playing indie games or visual novels and watching movies. I am not looking for anything special and I am fine with it being refurbished/used
