Do I need csca to get in nanjing if I want engineering or medical or not and if it matter if the csca result are not good enough.if anyone in there will love to chat to know about the university

I’m in Yangtze university in Jingzhou and I needdd friends in there soo baddd ,Jingzhou is so boring the university is bad here and I just want some friends to hangout or something 🥹🙏🏻🙏🏻
