I've decided to move away from Amazon eBooks because you don't truly own the material you purchase. Plus, my beloved Oasis is apparently held together with glue, not hardware, which feels incredibly cheap for a device that once cost nearly $300! I'm now on the hunt for alternatives that can download Kindle, Google Books, and Libby apps, even if it means losing most of my Amazon Kindle library. The challenge is finding something affordable that still offers some of the "high-end" features I'm used to. Any recommendations, fellow readers?
