Having really a great time but also a really hard time I would love to talk more share more but I have to keep it short or you start hearing the throat clearing people starting to look even more people pinching their noses the paranoia that comes with it , I don’t know why this curse I really can’t handle this.
I just got my bristle results back my halitosis is around 4.8/10, I have gum disease(several gum diseases bacteria found really high 89th percentile) and also some opportunistic bacteria that took over due to several rounds of antibiotics from the past few years that might explain why after my h pilori treatment my bad breath went away a couple months later I had another medical condition which resulted to me taking another round of antibiotics I started noticing the reaction but I might have thought it wasn’t too bad and another medical condition last year which resulted to more antibiotics and the room filling smell started. I disrupted my microbiome completely and nothing to fight the bad bacteria there is some bacteria in my saliva that shouldn’t be there from ChatGPT and Claude analysis but they are in a massive number unfortunately some of those bacteria seems to be insensitive to oral probiotics I’ll probably need to see a doctor and a periodontist, I also have 4 different species of candida. Kinda funny because I was literally at the dentist last month paid hundreds of dollars for them to tell me they didn’t see the reason everything was fine now that I think about it they never took my gum pockets measurements and the cleaning felt rushed .
Even though I am not bad breath free I have direction now I can start the process of healing.
PS: I was already taking oral and gut probiotics for the 3 weeks consistently so that’s a good start.
