Meaning we could become something else in the future. Our matter might become another living thing, or something that isn't as conscious. This could also be like a dream state, not a dream exactly, but more like the void or emptiness. That would also make the idea of panpsychism, the idea that everything has some form of consciousness, seem like it could be more true.

But we might also become another conscious being. Maybe it is really rare for this to happen, and we just don't know how it could happen.
