Hi everyone!

I’m from Argentina and I want to start a small photo booth business. I already have:

• Nikon Z5 II
• HiTi P510S
• Canon Selphy CP1200
• guillotine cutter + magnet supplies

I also know Photoshop/design, so I can create my own strips, overlays and templates.

I don’t have an iPad yet, but I could buy an iPad, Android tablet or mini PC depending on what works best.

I’m looking for FREE or low-cost software compatible with Nikon cameras, since DSLRBooth, Breeze and Darkroom are very expensive here.

Main things I need:

• Nikon Z5 II tethering
• photo strips (2x6 / 5x15)
• printing support
• QR sharing

I’ve been looking at:

• Booth.Events
• LumaBooth
• Wifibooth
• EasyPadBooth

Since I’ve never used photobooth software before, I’m not sure how the workflow usually works with templates and printing.

What would you recommend to start with the gear I already have?

Also:

• Is iPad really the best option, or should I go with another tablet / mini PC?
• Should I start with the Selphy or directly with the HiTi?
• Is Alibaba or AliExpress better for buying a booth shell?
