I am low in b12, iron and vitamin D.
Just going to start taking all of these as a daily oral supplement. I’ve read mixed reviews on weight loss vs gain. I can definitely see the benefit to having more energy = increase in motivation to work out but I’ve read that people have gained weight.
Curious to know your experience!
