Alright, I messed up and compression fractured two vertebrae in France (I’m American). I’ve still been in France just chilling like I would have done otherwise because I have very very little pain. The doctors prescribed me a back brace and I’ve been wearing that every day all day 24/7.
Due to the language barrier I had a bit of a hard time communicating with the doctors when I was in the ER, they basically told me to get it checked out when I’m in the states again to see if it healed. I have almost no pain and I honestly have been forgetting it even happened. It’s been 2.5 weeks since I fell and about a week of no pain (mild soreness before that)
Do you guys think I should keep wearing the brace 24/7? Should I be wearing it less if theres no pain? Any other things I should know? I have 2 more weeks until I am back in the states.
