I’m currently working at Texas Roadhouse as a server and I’m looking to make a move somewhere a bit more higher-end with better ticket averages and stronger tip potential. I have about 5–6 months of current serving experience, plus I served about 8 years ago for around a year, so I’m not brand new to the industry.

Right now I’m trying to find a place where I can realistically make around $600–$1,000 a week depending on shifts. I’m used to a fast-paced environment and I’m willing to work nights and weekends.

I’ve looked into Los Cabos, but I’m not really sure what the money or work environment is like there, and I’m open to other recommendations as well. I’m mainly just trying to find a spot that fits better financially and maybe has a slightly more upscale menu than what I’m doing now.

If anyone has suggestions for good serving jobs in Tulsa that would hire with my level of experience, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
