I am setting up Azure Communication Services for calling embedded to my custom app.

The problem here is the 'GET' button in Phone Numbers page is disabled with message 'Your azure tenant is currently using 0 out of 1 available phone numbers.

I have the subscription a Pay-as-you-go and need to add Phone number for calling.

Can someone help me.
