I have been renting the same house in South Lake for 10 years. Was given 30 days notice to move out coz the owner wants to sell.

I have been applying for everything and anything. The rejection is really starting to wear me down as my 30 days has now been 40 and the thought of being homeless is becoming a grim reality.

I’m a semi retired 54 year old female with 2 little doggies, I have a substantial bank balance and a kick ass reference from my current landlord and my applications aren’t even getting a look in. They never tell me why I am unsuccessful and the properties are still advertised to let.

Any advice/help?? Pleassse
