Knowing Thragg so far in the show. He is seen to be pragmatic and he really holds his conviction of the viltrumite ways

At the end of the season 4 finale, Mark's existence proved to Thragg that the human race is more than compatible for making nearly identical full blooded viltrumites.

And only Thragg made his own terms to the truce, because Mark probably wasn't in the right mentality during that scene.

But what if he did? Something like: “I accept.” then silence hangs there or whatever

But then he adds: “...On one condition, if you're gonna rebuild your empire back, you don't get to touch or conquer Earth, not the people, not this planet.”

Would Thragg accept? Or are both parties cooked?
