I have a Zurich investment fund that I try to add to on an annual basis. I've contacted my Zurich ''advisor'' like 4 weeks ago and again last week telling him of my intention to add a lump sum. I've been completely blanked, no reply or contact from him..

A similar situation happened last year and he apoligied at lenght, but this tim I feel I should move/change advisor.

How do I go about this and has anyone done this before?

I also feel if this was actioned 4 weeks ago it would of been in the green now anyway..!
