Hi everyone I’m a senior graduating in May with a cGPA of 3.0 and sGPA of 2.7. I’ve been looking at options of doing either a postbacc, diy postbacc or masters and have recently been considering doing a masters abroad at Tec De Monterrey. Would this help my application stand out and show that I am capable of taking rigorous courses and an upward trend in grades (assuming I do well in the program) or would this be a waste of time?
I have always wanted to study at this university in Mexico but never got the chance to do so which is why I’m considering it now but if it’ll do more harm than good then I’ll put this opportunity aside.
I also have 1000+ clinical hours(emt), 300+ shadowing, 300+ volunteering (both clinical and non clinical) and 150+ research hours in an organic chemistry lab but I have yet to take the MCAT.
