Looking for advice on water bill & next best step [PA]
I have lived in my apartment for the last 5 years . 3 different landlord within the first year . Now I never had to pay a water bill but then all of a sudden last year my landlord installed (himself) submitters to determine which usage was being used by each unit . I have never seen an actual bill . Just a picture of what the meter in the basement says and that’s it . I feel like he is getting over on me completely . I usually pay the bill no issue , no questions asked to keep the peace as I live here . However , now Im looking for what to do . He tried to charge me $100 knowing we just spoke about my tub non stop running all day and night . He knows he needs to replace the whole piece inside the wall and instead simply put a new washer on it for it to just continue to go back to constant water coming out a few weeks later . I’m looking for what the next best step is .
