Requesting advice on speeding ticket outside Ithaca
I was clocked going 50 in a 35 in Dryden. Never been ticketed in NY State before.
It seems pointless trying to plead not guilty and go to court. I found the Tompkins County application form for a reduction that seems like it could save me 4 points on my license so that seems like the no brainer move?
Just not familiar with this reduction application process so curious if anyone who knows more thinks that is the right move, or would suggest I do something else. Appreciate any advice, thanks!
